Our warranty covers
- DOA (Dead on Arrival) of Hardware
- Missing Parts
- Items Damaged in shipping

Our Warranty Does NOT cover.
- We don't sell Software configurations or Licensing and these are not covered by our warranty.
- We also do not cover Missing packages that show delivered.


- Our Return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Any item not in its original condition they were shipped, is damaged, missing parts, tampered with, or used in any manner will not be applicable for a return or exchange.
- All returns must be made with a shipping service that provides tracking for your package.
- All Returning products must have a valid RMA Number and be approved by staff. Any Items sent back without approval will be disregarded.
- Some Items require the original packaging that was shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you do not hear from us within 5 day of product delivery, call us directly (877-864-9123) to follow up. If applicable, you will receive a refund once your return is received/inspected and serial numbers verified. We will notify you of the any discrepancies during this time. Once your return has been received successfully with no discrepancies, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Return

Evelyn Ave. Sunnyvale, CA 94086 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we've provided a return label for you. Reminder: All returns must be made with a shipping service that provides tracking for your package.

Fraudulent Activity

If you purchase through our website, your phone number must be active, and you will need to confirm your legitimacy by phone before we can process your order.

Freight Forwarding/Package forwarding services

We do not work with Freight Forwarding Services. All orders placed to ship to a forwarding Service will be Cancelled and refunded at our digression.
