Returns and Refunds Policy


We understand that receiving defective or damaged products can be frustrating, however, we're here to help.


We require that you fill out the RMA Form for Returns and Exchanges. All RMA's filed will be disregarded unless you confirm by contacting us by phone or email within 24 hours of submitting RMA.

Returns

Our Return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts, tampered with or used in any manner will not be applicable for a return or exchange.

 

Warranty

Our Warranty policy lasts for 30 days unless marked otherwise on your invoice. Our warranty covers DOA (Dead on Arrival) of Hardware only. Software configurations or Licensing is not covered by our warranty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

If applicable, you will receive a refund once your return is received/inspected and serial numbers verified. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. If you do not hear from us within 5 day of product delivery, call us directly (877-864-9123) to follow up.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

All returns must be made with a shipping service that provides tracking for your package.

 

Fraudulent Activity

If you purchase through our website, your phone number must be active, and you will need to confirm your legitimacy by phone before we can process your order.

 

We do not work with Freight Forwarders.
